A project in collaboration with the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg, with funding from the Bavarian Funding Programme for the Initiation of International Projects (BayIntAn). The project aims at strengthening international cooperation among young researchers, focusing in particular on criminal law in the contexts of globalisation and the digital era (e.g. on-line hate speech; liability of providers).
